CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. It is NOT possible to cancel part of your order. We recommend you cancel the entire order and re-purchase required quantity to simplify the transaction.

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount subject to deduction of charges if any and whereas you cancel your order after the shipment but before receipt of the item, the same will be liable for deduction of the two-way shipping costs.

  • All cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge/bank transaction charge of 2.5% of your total order value. 

  • There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order.

  • Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and Nectar Droplet Candle Studio reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

  • Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, Nectar Droplet Candle Studio reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

  • If an order is to be canceled after shipment, the individual return policy of the vendor applies. A return fee is charged by vendors in most cases.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

 

  • Please note that all of our products are carefully inspected and hand- packed before they are shipped. If the item(s) arrive(s) without damage or the were found in a used state, we will not offer refunds.

  • To be eligible for replacement or refund of products damaged during shipment please send photographic proof of damage at lightacandle@nectardroplet.com within 7 days of delivery. 

  • You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase (provided the candle is unused/ not burned). 

  • Please note that Nectar Droplet Candle Studio will not bear any return shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned items. 

  • We offer free replacements for any incorrect/ defective or damaged item received. To be eligible for a free replacement, you must notify us of the incorrect, defective or damaged item within 14 days of delivery by sending us an email with details and photographic evidence at lightacandle@nectardroplet.com and we will send you instructions on next steps.

  • Once the tracking states that the product has been delivered, the product falls in the category of no-refund. 

  • Keep a receipt/ proof of purchase with order ID handy to initiate returns.


REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus the return shipping fees, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. 


HOW TO RETURN?

  • To initiate the return, buyer is requested to e-mail the details at lightacandle@nectardroplet.com and we will provide the instructions on next steps (i.e. where to ship the product, how to complete your return, etc.).

  • Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Nectar Droplet Candle Studio reserves the right to modify return and exchange policies at any time of the year.
